Our GTP is a process of attraction and development of young talents. We seek to identify and attract candidates with potential and develop them within our Group, offering them a promising line of career and constant training, in order to develop a line of career of rapid growth.
The candidates are students from the last cycles of universities or even recent graduates, with little or no work experience, who are recruited and evaluated through a demanding evaluation process for which various techniques are used to ensure the validity of the process.
To develop a deep knowledge of our business, you will be immersed in projects from different functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT on a rotational basis for a period of 6 months and after that, the opportunity to grow and develop in the area you best perform.
Your experience will begin with an induction to our culture, vision and strategy. You’ll join other trainees and meet our CEO and senior leaders.
